Change

Customers of our store have the right to exchange their products within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its packaging and unused.

Warranty

It is a right that consumers have, which is exercised when they buy a new product that is defective, is missing parts or pieces, is not suitable for the use for which it was intended, was previously repaired, but its deficiencies persist or it presents new faults, among other situations mentioned in the Consumer Law.

If you bought a new product and it came out defective, you can choose between 3 alternatives:

• Money back.

• Product change.

• Free repair.

The money will be credited to your current account within 48 hours of your request.

All returns must be made within the first 15 days, after that date the product will not be accepted.
